How to deposit

Your balance is USDC on Polygon, so sending USDC on Polygon straight to your Runtil address is the cheapest and most predictable way to fund your account. Copy the address from the deposit screen.

1. Open the deposit screen and copy your wallet address.
2. From your wallet or exchange, send USDC on the Polygon network to that address.
3. Wait for the network to confirm — your balance updates automatically.

You don't have to already hold USDC on Polygon. The deposit screen can give you an address on other chains too, and what you send is converted and delivered to your balance automatically.

That conversion is run by a third-party service, and its rate and its costs are set by that service — not by Runtil, and not something we can quote or control in advance. You'll usually end up with less than you sent.

Most direct deposits arrive within a minute or two once the network confirms. Conversions from another chain take longer. There's nothing else to do — the balance appears on its own.
